Blocks Magazine will be releasing their 100th issue next week and to celebrate they drafted in LEGO Head of Design Matthew Ashton as guest editor!
The issue will focus on 100 Incredible LEGO Builds, with Matthew Ashton and other members of the LEGO team picking and discussing these builds. Along with the usual Blocks Magazine material.
Subscribers should be getting theirs soon, general release is sometime next week. For those that pre-order on Friday 18th November also be sent their 90th issue for free, whilst stocks last!

Blocks magazine launches 100 Incredible LEGO Builds special
Blocks magazine is celebrating the creativity and ingenuity of LEGO fans in a special one-off magazine, guest edited by LEGO Head of Design Matthew Ashton with contributions from the LEGO design team.
Blocks: 100 Incredible LEGO Builds is available to order now at blocksmag.com and will start shipping on November 28. Anyone who orders the issue on Friday, November 18, will get the 90th anniversary special for free – but this deal only lasts for one day (or while stocks last)*!
To acknowledge the wonderful contribution that the talented LEGO fan community has made to Blocks over 100 issues of the magazine, Blocks: 100 Incredible LEGO Builds presents 100 builds that have appeared in the magazine over the years. Each one is presented a big, clear image, making this a great way to admire wonderful LEGO models and get inspired for your next creation.
Who better to comment on what makes these builds special than the professionals? LEGO Head of Design and LEGO Masters judge Matthew Ashton guest edits this issue and is joined by the LEGO design team, who provide commentary on the builds and pick out what they love about them. If you want to get an insight into how LEGO professionals think about design, then this 132-page magazine is essential reading.
Blocks magazine Issue 98 will be arriving on the usual schedule, with all of the typical features readers know and love. Subscription prices for the regular monthly magazine are frozen until November 30 – but WILL increase in December. Existing subscribers are welcome to renew early at the lower price.
