Two years ago LEGO started a new tradition in the form of a build day, which fell on Boxing Day (26th December). LEGO have announced they’re bringing it back, with your help, this year on Tuesday 27th December 2022!
LEGO Build Day focuses on imagination and creativity as you’re urged to grab a set or some loose bricks and create something fun and unique, and then share it with the World using #LEGOBuildDay.
Of course there’s nothing stopping you from grabbing the new set you got for Christmas or something from the backlog to build, it’s about having fun and building together.
This year LEGO will mixed it up slightly and introduce a couple of games, these are simple but sound great fun, including the Pickup Brickathon and LEGO Laugh Off!
Last year and the year before me and my family took part and we each built a new set we had just got for Christmas. The time spent building and laughing together was great and we all had an amazing and joyous time all thanks to LEGO bricks!
