FunWhole has a handful of themes to their name, Town Life, Street Fusion, Cyberpunk and Farm Life to name a few. Today’s feature is the Middle Ages and their many sets within the theme.
Theres no denying it, most love a good Castle and Knight in shining armour, so much so that FunWhole have based a whole theme around it and rightly so. It shows they know their source material and what us fans want from a brick-built set. From the chosen buildings and characters to the finer details and architectural traits, the FunWhole Middle Ages series is awesome.
So far in the lineup we have a Pier Inn, Apothecary Shop, Market, Watchtower, Forge House, Training Ground, Water Mill and a Tailor Shop. Most of these are available globally and usually very well priced, you may beucky and encounter a deal or two on their website.
Taking inspiration from history, the design of each FunWhole set really captures the look and feel of the Middle Ages. The grey Castle walls and general architecture, the thatched roofs and the colour scheme of that era. I particularly like the look of the Medieval Market, which has 2,614 pieces, the two buildings go well together although they have quite different styles. I may have to purchase it myself one day.
For anyone that loves a great quality brick sets then look no further than FunWhole, they also ship internationally and are usually quite speedy. I’ve had many sets from them and I’ve received them within a week, obviously times vary depending on your location and how busy they are.
