There have been many rumours floating around the Internet of an Avatar theme coming to LEGO, well those rumours have now been confirmed thanks to an interview with Stephanie Young, President of Comsumer Products at The Walt Disney Company.
During the discussion she detailed many of the upcoming items being produced alongside the Avatar movies franchise, including the once rumoured LEGO sets.
The LEGO Group will also have a full suite of building sets to recreate and display major movie moments across both the first “Avatar” film and “Avatar 2.
What we can take from that is at least a few sets based on the original movie and subsequent sequels will be heading our way. It totally makes sense as the lush World of Pandora is perfect to recreate in LEGO form.
