Thanks to a couple of sources (Japanese LEGO site STDS.jp) we have our first official look at the a GWP (gift with purchase) coming sometime in September!
The LEGO City Sandwich Shop (40578) is speculated to be the next big GWP to hit LEGO Stores and LEGO.com. Unfortunately the finer details are still far & few between but we expect the spend requirement to be somewhere between £100 and £150, we are of course hoping for a lower threshold but we’ll have to wait and see.
Featured in the set is roadside Sandwich stall complete with two Minifigures (food delivery cyclist and store owner) as well as a plethora of cool LEGO parts. Sadly the signs will most likely be stickers.
As you can see from the image below there is a very snazzy green bike included along with a portion of the path in the same style as the LEGO City road plates!
The LEGO City Sandwich Shop (40578) is expected to be available mid September 2022, but once more details surface and a date is confirmed we can only speculate, so watch this space.
