A future GWP (gift with purchase) has been revealed and it’s got LEGO Space fans excited!
2024 is most certainly the year for LEGO Space, as the upcoming LEGO Micro Rocket Launchpad (40712) GWP set has been revealed by the Dreamworld LEGO Certified Store. It features a collection of Micro Classic Space builds and two Spacebabies, one of which is a totally new recolour in white. It takes inspiration from some iconic Classic Space sets, including 6950 Mobile Rocket Transport, 6971 Inter-Galactic Command Base and 920 Alpha-1 Rocket Base.
Unfortunately there aren’t many details surrounding it, so a release date and spend threshold is anyone’s guess. If we were to speculate it might be around the £170 ($190/€190) mark. It should pop up soon, once the curren LEGO Love Gift Box (40679) GWP ends we should know more, so watch this space (pun intended).
