Without any warning, LEGO has decided it was a good idea to close their online standard PaB (Pick-a-Brick) service!

This used to be a regular occurrence a few years ago but since LEGO updated the service it has remained open, until now.

Many LEGO building communities, especially online, have shown understandable dissatisfaction, as fans were filling their baskets in order to purchase bits & pieces for Christmas builds and other ongoing projects. Once LEGO closed the service these shopping baskets were emptied and hours of searching and picking have gone down the drain, thanks LEGO!

That’s not all, the feedback function has also vanished, resulting in customers having no way to vent their frustrations to LEGO themselves, without visiting customer services. .

LEGO must realise they will receive a lot of complaints and basklash for treating loyal customers like this, without any warning. Have you been affected by this move? Let us know via the comments section below.
