The new Fortnitemares Halloween event starts today, for LEGO Fortnite that means new buildings, decorative items skins and more are available to purchase and unlock!
As part of this seasonal event, you’ll be able to unlock a variety of spooky rewards by performing quests, these include 11 standard and premium items rewards. This pass will be around until 10th December, plenty of time to get stuck in and enjoy what Fortnitemares has to offer. There is also a new LEGO Style available too if you purchase the premium LEGO Pass.
That’s not all, the new update also brings with it a selection of The Nightmare Before Christmas treats. Inspired by the classic stop-motion movie is a LEGO Kit, plethora of decorative items and variant LEGO Styles. This add on is purchasable with V-Bucks either as a bundle or separately.
Included in the is the iconic columned building as seen in the movie, along with items to decorate your town, such as Halloween bunting, a fountain, lights and more. Adding new buildings spices up what it already available and I personally can’t wait to get stuck in and pop these in my town.
Although many of us already have it, tomorrow’s update will also bring with it split-screen mode, which was announced during the PlayStation State of Play event a few weeks ago. This allows players in the same household to jump in together via local co-op play, from personal experience I can say this is extremely fun and opens up a whole new level to gameplay. Split-screen is available for PlayStation 5 & 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One versions of the game.
