Hi, thank you for reaching out. I’m pretty sure that is Rowena Ravenclaw, as Amy mentions below. Googling her will certainly settle your mind, as she has long dark hair and a bird tiara. I hope this helps.

In reply to Dan. My guess is Rowena Ravenclaw. The last two tiles in the booklet are identical. Guessing they are both Ollivander, and they forgot to include the real Ravenclaw instead. So that would be why you aren’t seeing the one you have???
