This new Modular Building will comprise of 4,014 pieces and, unlike previous years, will drop 1st December. This break jn tradition maybe a good call for LEGO as would result in more Christmas based sales. You can pre-order it today in select regions for £259.99 ($/€299.99).

It maybe worth noting that in one of the lifestyle images provided by LEGO, a random blue food truck can be spotted next to the set. This could be a hint at an accompanying gift with purchase item. LEGO has not confirmed this yet however so take this with a pinch of salt.
