LEGO Ideas seems to have been pushed to the wayside recently as we get a barrage of regular LEGO Summer 2021 reveals. But Brick Clicker has stumbled upon a rumour for a certain LEGO Ideas Typewriter which was choosen, with two others, in the third 2019 review announcements!
LEGO Ideas Typewriter (21327) is rumoured to pack in over 2000 pieces and speculated for a Summer release.
Many of the 2000 parts are expected to be in the very popular colour of Sand Green, which will match the actual Erika-10 typerwriter that was pictured on Ole Kirk Christiansen desk in the 30’s.
The product idea was designed by Steve Guinness and came fully functional with typebars and keybars.
Being the first but of news to come from the third 2019 review announcement, the other two being Home Alone: McCallister’s House and Seinfeld, its a little concerning how long LEGO are taking to develop and release these ideas. With so many getting through lately and the low number actually getting picked it seems they’re struggling to keep up.
We will keep you updated on any new reports from this product, watch this space!
