Thanks to Instagram user Donstuffs we have our very first glimpse at a new in-store experience, the LEGO Tile Studio!
The new pilot phase (captured in the Amsterdam store) allow fans to test the design process and create a custom, one of a kind tile, very similar to the Minifigure Factory now located in many Stores.
There are also details surrounding the cost of this experience, setting you back €7.99 for 3 LEGO tiles; a 1×4 tile with your name, 2x 2×4 (or 1×4) custom design tiles. Just like the Minifigure Factory you can customise the tiles in a whole plethora of ways, such as with cool pre-designed backgrounds and stickers as well as custom text and drawings.
Unfortunately this isn’t available in all LEGO Stores just yet as it is currently being piloted in at select locations, Amsterdam being one of them. If you find one in your store please share it with us via the comments section below, thank you.
