The infamous TIME magazine has recently announced its top 100 Best Inventions of 2021 with LEGO’s Recycled Brick making the list!
Several months ago LEGO revealed its master plan to become totally sustainable by 2030, with their recycled bricks hitting sets next year.
The new brick will use PET plastic which mostly comes from discarded bottles. It took The LEGO Group three years to get the end product up to their high safety and quality standards.
It’s set to make a massive impact once production starts fully and we certainly can’t wait to try the new bricks for ourselves.
