We’re back with more custom printed LEGO Minifigures courtesy of Minifigs.me, adding a few new characters you may recognise from the hit Netflix show Stranger Things!
If you follow us on any of our social media channels (Instagram and Facebook) then you’ll know just how much we love Minifigures and now custom ones, especially from Minifigs.me. They specialise in custom Minifigures and their parts, from accessories and printed tiles to heads, torsos, and complete figures, the good thing is they use genuine LEGO pieces. Their unique designs are done to a very high quality and the prints look crisp and detailed, the photos really don’t do them justice so why not grab a few and see for yourself.
Today’s article is to showcase the new additions to our small but growing collection of custom Stranger Things Minifigures. To recap we already have Eddie Munson, who is a must get by the way, that now iconic Heavy Metal scene alone is worth recreating with this Minifigure! Click the link above to read more about him.
The next character we acquired was Maxine Mayfield, played by the very talented actor Sadie Sink. What drew me to this particular custom figure is the attention to detail and the sheer amount of printing it has.
The torso printing perfectly matches and continues onto the legs, illustrated by the little Walkman in clipped to her belt. They haven’t held back on the amount of design included, with an unzipped jacket exposing a crosshatch tshirt and headphones around her neck. There are also a couple of lines on each arm that kind of carries on from the front.
Her shoes are a little off centre but they look absolutely great with the laces detail and white line that runs long each side.
Up next are perhaps the biggest dynamic duo to hit screens recently, Steve Harrington & Robin Buckley!
They come complete in their ‘Scoops Ahoy‘ Ice Cream parlour outfits and I must say they’re are incredibe and well worth pickup up if you’re a fan of the show.
Included in the bundle are their matching ‘Scoops Ahoy‘ employee hats, matching their on-screen counterparts perfectly. The hats are cool and feature the word ‘Ahoy‘ on them, as always the design and printing is crisp and detailed.
Steve even comes with an alternative face, which is a little beaten up and bloody, great for using in MOCs.
Last but not least, the villain of the latest season, and of the whole show, Vecna!
If you haven’t seen any of the latest season (4) then this will be a huge spoiler for you so look away now, we’ll to be honest you already know to much so best continue reading.
Vecna is Henry Creel, 001, the man behind everything strange that has been happening in Hawkins, so what better way to represent him than in custom LEGO Minifigure form?
This bad boy looks so scary with vines and veins all over his body, the way this Minifigure has been printed gives the look and feel of them being 3D, job well done Minifigs.me!
As you can see below the print covers the entire figure and the quality really shines through, not a lot of companies do this and I for one appreciate the work that goes it every last one.
So there you have it, our small but very impressive lineup of Stranger Things Minifigures. We hope to add more to this collection over time and we’ll keep you updated on our progress.
