Each Minifigure, apart from Alax Jadescales, has an alternate head so you can choose your own look. 

This building set, aimed at adults, has been created in collaboration with Wizards of the Coast and includes a custom campaign written by the D&D game team! Download the campaign to begin your quest. In terms of new parts and recolours, there are a handful that can be seen from the images below. Including the Dragons Wings, recolours of LEGO DreamZzz Dreamling/Grimspawn bodies, new door piece which was previously an exclusive part of the LEGO Medieval Town Square (10332) set, and so much more. Without having the set I front of me it’s hard to get a definitive list but it’s safe to say there are a handful of exclusive parts and recolours.

At the time of writing, there still hasn’t been any information regarding the set the above instructions art will go with, which is the Dragon’s Keep: Journey’s End by BoltBuilds. Watch this space.

With 3 to choose from the deco could be quite troublesome as they’re all worthy. The winning design will have their artwork turned into the front cover of the building instructions for the upcoming set.

It unfortunately won’t be be ready for production any time soon and it may look somewhat different to the Fan design (pictured below), but how exciting is it that we’re finally getting a D&D inspired set!

All entries that of course make it to the fan vote will potentially have the chance for their idea to be transformed into a real set. The winning design will then be chosen by the LEGO Ideas team and Wizards of the Coast.

The building challenge is open now and closes 14th November, followed by a fan vote and the winner announced in December, click here to learn more.
