The set features two floors of Natural History exhibits including a brick-built Brachiosaurus skeleton that stands tall across two floors. Other dinosaur comprise of a Sabretooth skull, Fossil, and Eggs. It also features Geology and Space exhibits too.

This new Modular Building will comprise of 4,014 pieces and, unlike previous years, will drop 1st December. This break jn tradition maybe a good call for LEGO as would result in more Christmas based sales. You can pre-order it today in select regions for £259.99 ($/€299.99).

It maybe worth noting that in one of the lifestyle images provided by LEGO, a random blue food truck can be spotted next to the set. This could be a hint at an accompanying gift with purchase item. LEGO has not confirmed this yet however so take this with a pinch of salt.

The LEGO Icons Natural History Museum Set is the perfect addition to the LEGO Modular Buildings Collection, and features fresh architecture, new building techniques and countless fun stories. The two-story model includes dual atriums, a removable roof and middle floor, and is packed with brick-built exhibits and details.

To the right of the entrance, visitors are welcomed by a giant brick-built Brachiosaurus skeleton. This dinosaur is so large, its neck rises above the first floor and stretches into the second. It’s flanked by several smaller exhibits including a sabretooth skull, a fossil, and yes, even dinosaur eggs. Up on the landing, the museum’s geology section showcases a colourful array of quartz, geodes, stalagmites and spotlighting a cutaway of the earth and its molten core.

Heading up to the second floor, witness a large map of the planet showing the projected orbit of a new rocket, a detailed orrery of the solar system, and a diorama of a future space base. Up on the roof, the museum’s curator recounts their experiences and travels in their detailed office writing memoirs.

LEGO Icons Natural History Museum (10326) Modular First Look! https://www.thebrickpost.com/news/lego-icons-natural-history-museum-10326-modular-first-look/ https://www.thebrickpost.com/news/lego-icons-natural-history-museum-10326-modular-first-look/#respond Sun, 29 Oct 2023 21:43:44 +0000 https://www.thebrickpost.com/?p=32181 It’s that time of the year when we get a glimpse of the next LEGO Modular building!

Today we finally have our first look at the upcoming LEGO Icons Natural History Museum (10326). The next Modular building is inspired by the Natural History Museum and will comprise of over 4,000 pieces.

The set is speculated to hit stores and shelves 1st January 2024, which is standard for LEGO Modulars.

The build isn’t based on a specific Natural History Museum, but it does hint more towards the one located in New York, mostly due to the pillars. The classic architecture that you’d expect to see of a building this age and stature. The colour scheme is interesting too with an olive green exterior, one of my new favourite LEGO colours.

As standard there will be a full interior, accessible by separating each floor. Taking a closer look at the back of the box you’ll see a series of different rooms, each focusing on a different section of the Museum.

We can also speculate the price, if outside sources are anything to go by the set will cost a staggering $299.99. With the official announcement coming any day now we look forward to confirming and sharing the correct details soon, so watch this space.
