The LEGO Toilet by NickLafreniere1 is nothing short of genius and would look absolutely amazing on display in anyone’s collection.

The LEGO Toilet by NickLafreniere1

This build, as you can clearly see, is based on a toilet and features many of the characteristics of one including the flushing mechanism.

Build the most detailed plastic model of a toilet you have ever seen – The LEGO Toilet!

It looks as though it’ll be quite substantial in size as there is a Minifigure included that gives us  decent idea of scale. The Minifigure is sporting a janitor style outfit and comes complete with a toolbox & plunger, perfect for unblocking and fixing any LEGO Toilet.

Also a handy tool to have around, and usually found down by its side, is a toilet brush. The creator has thought of eberything and included one. The way its built is really well thought out and the part selection is amazing – it certainly looks the part!

Onto the toilet itself and it looks absolutely stunning, all the curves and smooth edges are there and it looks clean and well constructed. The U bend, cistern, seat, bowl and inner workings really do work well in LEGO form.

The main features are, courtesy of the creator;

  • Model measures 21 cm long, 13 cm wide, and 22 cm tall. 550 pieces.

  • The toilet seat can be raised/lowered and the toilet tank top lifts off.

  • Mechanical parts such as the flush arm, flapper, overflow tube, and float are represented in LEGO form in the toilet tank.

  • Includes main toilet model, informational plaque with miniature toilet, toilet brush, brick separator, and a minifigure with toolbox and plunger.

The detail doesn’t stop there as lift up the lid, or spin the piece around, and you’ll see the inner workings of the tank itself.

Built primarily with Technic pieces it pulls on a chain which opens and closes the “flapper”. It would be really interesting to see this in action and how it works.

Adding a plaque into the set is a really nice touch and give it that almost ‘UCS’ feel, and let’s face it having a UCS LEGO Toilet would be amazing!

There are two updates for this submission, but we won’t spoil them for you by posting them here, you’ll have to checkout the official LEGO Ideas page to find out – All I’ll say is it involves Pirates and Gladiators.

Don’t forget to put the seat down when you’re finished!

As always we wish the creator, NickLafreniere1, the best of luck on his LEGO Ideas journey and to keep promoting it where possible. I personally would love to see this become a reality and be sitting pride of place im my local LEGO store.
