During the stream on 22nd October at 12pm (ET), a new LEGO set will be announced, along with a Q&A session with the sets designers. To coincide with the live event there will be sweepstakes for fans to participate in, for a chance to win a signed copy of the freshly revealed set or a $100 e-gift card. There is also an opportunity to spend 50 Insiders points against a customized Minifigure, while supplies last.

I have yet to open the set but have been told each apartment is separate from the other, along with the small corridor build.
