Some of these parts are region specific, and not all are immediately visible to users.

Recently LEGO stated they made improvements to their facillities in Billund to improve order handling. This caused the availability of parts do decrease and handling times to increase. After these changes were made the service was back to full service recently.

Furthermore new parts from September and Obtober 2023 sets were added to PAB. These include specific holiday themed parts like green antlers as included in the Friends Advent Calendar.

And last of these updates was made for the European warehouse in Poland. Some (to be honest long overdue) parts were changed from standard service to bestseller. This means these parts will arrive a lot sooner after placing an order. Delivery time for standard parts is estimated at 4 weeks, for bestseller parts this is 1 week. From my experience this can even be quicker with parts arriving in 4 days or something like that.

Parts included in this switch are the popular fern pieces in several colors, which had been a bestseller part in the USA for some time already. Other parts included in this change are viking helmets, animals like baby seals and many more.

Let’s hope things will go smoother for 2024 parts and predictable bestsellers are added to this quicker service instantly when they are added. On average it will take 3 months for parts to be added so we hope new parts start arriving next month.

You can find the PAB service on the LEGO website.
