This new version has a glossy hardcover and is open edition, so it won’t be going anywhere soon, perfect for those interested in the subject matter and as a possible Christmas gift. Sadly it doesn’t come with a slipcover.

The content is identical to the previous edition and focuses on the innovation and engineering excellence that unites both brands, it also takes a closer look at the collaborative process of conceptualizing, designing and producing the model, featuring interviews from LEGO Group and Ferrari designers and third-generation LEGO Group owner Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen on why the model means so much to him.

The LEGO Group have given supercar enthusiasts a sneak peek and a behind-the-scenes look at the set in question in a very elegant coffee table style book.

The book dives into the innovation and engineering that goes into both Ferrari and LEGO from the conceptualizing and designing to producing the final model. It features interviews from both LEGO and Ferrari designers too.
