Official details:

Want to get your witchy little fingers on some limited edition Wicked LEGO? Then you best raid your wardrobe for something pink and green and get yourself to your local Vue. Let us explain…

But first, what’s Wicked about and who’s it for?

Before the Wicked Witch of the West was the Wicked Witch of the West, she was just known as Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo), a young woman misunderstood because of her unusual green skin. Sad face.

This is the untold story of her friendship with Glinda (Ariana Grande), her first encounter with the Wizard of Oz (Jeff Goldblum) and how she discovered her true power.

Yes, this is a big screen adaptation of the beloved stage musical, and yes, your whole family is going to love it. Is that all clear? Great. Now then, about that LEGO giveaway…

Limmmmited, this Wicked LEGO is limited

Created specially for this film and ONLY AVAILABLE AT VUE, this unique LEGO piece features a green potion bottle and a pink rose to represent Elphaba and Galinda. And did we mention it’s a limited edition? Because it is. It’s limited edition.

LEGO Wicked Elphaba & Glinda Minidoll Teaser Image! https://www.thebrickpost.com/news/lego-wicked-elphaba-glinda-minidoll-teaser-image/ https://www.thebrickpost.com/news/lego-wicked-elphaba-glinda-minidoll-teaser-image/#respond Mon, 20 May 2024 21:58:59 +0000 https://www.thebrickpost.com/?p=38585 Shortly after the LEGO Wicked theme was confirmed earlier today a splash page also went live teasing a few more things, including silhouettes of Elphaba and Glinda as Minidolls!

Along with the Minidoll image you see a collection of bricks that makeup mirco scenes from the upcoming musical movie. These could well be smaller versions of the sets that will drop in October. Which iconic buildings and items do you see? Comment below.

The decision by LEGO to make the characters in Minidoll form is a strange one, as there has always been a divide between fans who prefer sets to have Minifigures rather than Minidolls. I personally would prefer Minifigures but will reserve judgement fully until images of the sets have been officially revealed.

Let us know what you think via the comments section below.
