It’s a cliché but there is something for everyone, from the big hitter LEGO Icons Lord of the Rings Rivendell (10316) which has 6,177 pieces, making it the biggest LOTR set ever. To the most anticipated set of the year, for some, LEGO Ideas BTS Dynamite (21339).

There are also plenty of smaller more affordable sets releasing too from new Classic Brick packs and Disney BrickHeadz, to Speed Champions and Technic. Our favourite would have to be the LEGO Creator 3-in-1 Cosy House set, it looks great and is a fully enclosed building.

If you do make a purchase on the 1st to the 3rd March you’ll get the awesome LEGO Icons Moving Truck (40586) GWP (gift with purchase). You’ll need to spend £160 ($/€180) to qualify but with so many nice sets to choose from we think it’ll be easy.

Don’t forget that you qualify for a free LEGO Frodo & Gollum BrickHeadz set if you purchase Rivendell, which is available for VIP members 5th to 7th March.

Please take a look below at what great LEGO sets await you this March, don’t forget to let us know which one(s) you’ll be picking up throughout the month.

Amongst the releases are some real gems, especially for Minifigure collectors, such as the new wave of LEGO Marvel Black Panther sets that include King Namor. There are of course some larger sets including LEGO Bowser (71411) and The Razor Crest (75331), the latest UCS (ultimate collector series) set, which drops for VIPs on the 3rd October

A brand new Avatar line releases 1st October, that sees two new BrickHeadz and a handful of sets inspired by the hugely successful movies.

We can’t forget about the newest addition to the Winter Village Collection, Holiday Main Street (10308), with its Street Tram and two quaint buildings, this also drops on 3rd October for VIPs.

There is also a new CMF (Collectable Minifigure) series to add to the growing collection, the fun and mostly seasonal characters are bright and full of life.

September is the month we get this year’s LEGO Advent Calendars, with the usual suspects lining up again, Star Wars, Marvel, Harry Potter, City, and Friends.

Are you an AFOL (adult fan of LEGO) that stays up until midnight to grab the sets first or do you pop into store and see what grabs your fancy? Let us know in the comments below.

Are You Ready For The August LEGO Releases?! https://www.thebrickpost.com/news/are-you-ready-for-the-august-lego-releases/ https://www.thebrickpost.com/news/are-you-ready-for-the-august-lego-releases/#comments Sun, 31 Jul 2022 11:17:17 +0000 https://www.thebrickpost.com/?p=20517 August is almost here, tomorrow in fact from the publishing of this article, and personally I don’t feel ready for the amount of sets LEGO will unleash upon us.

There are some really big hitters including the LEGO Lion Knight’s Castle (10305), LEGO Marvel Dr Strange Sanctum Sanctorum (76218), LEGO Atari 2600 (10306), and the LEGO ICONS Camaro Z28 (10304), to name but a few.

Sticking with Classic LEGO we have an updated version of an old friend, the LEGO Space Galaxy Explorer (10497) set. This is reasonably priced in my book and one that will fly off shelves and no doubt will be on back order for many months to come.

There are of course plenty of other sets and themes to sink your teeth into with releases coming from all your favourites, including LEGO ART, LEGO Super Mario, LEGO Minecraft, LEGO DUPLO, and more.

LEGO Star Wars fans will be delighted with what is on offer in this waves of sets, including the return of Cad Bane. Also BrickHeadz make a return from a Galaxy Far, Far Away in the form of Obi-Wan Kenobi & Darth Vader.

The main question is though, which one(s) will you be grabbing? Please let us know via the comments section below, don’t hold back, we won’t get jealous that much!

The big hitters are LEGO Real Madrid Stadium (10299) and LEGO Vespa 125 (10298). If you’re looking for something a little smaller and affordable then the new LEGO BrickHeadz are sure to be popular with themes such as LEGO Spice Girls and LEGO Chip N’ Dale.

If you’re more licensed theme inclined then we have some good news, LEGO Star Wars, LEGO Harry Potter, and LEGO Marvel also make an appearance in March with some cool new sets.

LEGO’s staple themes are also welcoming more sets with the likes of City, Technic, Speed Champions, and DOTS.

What will you be purchasing come 1st March? Let us know in the comments below, we’d love to hear what tickles your fancy from the new LEGO lineup!

I personally am going to wait for 3rd March and hope that the sets I’m after are still in stock as there is a very interesting GWP (gift with purchase) available which focuses on International Women’s Day and features the incredible Dr. Jane Goodall.
